Victoria Masso is a behavioural engineer and international trainer based in the UK. She runs Behaviour Hackers, authors of the Future Workforce Index (FWI). This organisation uses behavioural science and technology to provide the skills of the future for organisations to thrive in a VUCA world. Some of her other roles include consulting organisations in Digital Transformation, including the United Nation's agency ITU and several entrepreneurial ecosystem support institutions around the globe. She is the head trainer for INPUT international mentorship programme, an UN-recognised best practise. She participates in several grassroots initiatives in the UK, including being a member of the leadership committee of Silicon Canal, a grassroots initiative to support the tech scene in the West Midlands. Amongst some of Victoria's achievements are receiving recognition as an exceptional talent in technology by the UK government and Tech Nation, being the winner of the ITU Innovation challenges and delivering a TEDx talk on empathetic curiosity for the creation of technology. One of Victoria's goals is to democratise digital innovation by empowering individuals with the right tools to impact their communities.
