Mr Saman Jalayerian works in the Terrestrial Services Department of the Radiocommunication Bureau of the ITU. He is the head of Registration section of the Terrestrial Publication and Registration division. His main responsibilities are maintaining the Master International Frequency Register, publication of the terrestrial BR IFIC (International Frequency Information Circular and providing assistance to administration in case of harmful interferences to their radiocommunication services. He has got his B.Sc. And M.Sc. in software engineering. Before joining the Radiocommunication Bureau of the ITU in 2011 he has worked with the ITU as a consultant in spectrum management for 7 years. He has been working in the field of ICT for more than 20 years
