Transfers to and from the Tocumen International Airport and official hotels will be provided to all participants.  For this, participants are required to inform Festi Eventos in advance of flight number, date and time of arrival and hotel booking. Transfers will be available from 16 to 20 July  2012.

Participants having booked in hotels other than official hotels can easily book taxis at the airport. There are two types of taxis: SET (Especial Tourist Service) and regular taxis. SET taxis can be booked for a minimum fare of USD 35.00 and regular taxis for a minimum of USD 25.00.

Many hotels in Panama offer transportation from the airport to the hotel, but this must be organized directly with the hotel when making the reservation.
