Airport transfers will be provided to registered participants from the Panama International Airport to the above hotels and, during the event, shuttle buses will be provided at scheduled times between these hotels and the venue.

Note: Hotels can be paid in US dollars as the US dollar is the standard currency in use in Panama.

Procedure for room booking

Special rates have been negotiated for the Summit at the above official hotels. An online booking system along with the procedure will shortly be posted on this page. In the meantime and in order to benefit from these special rates, all reservations must be done through Joanna Vega at jvegafestiwom@cwpanama.net who can also be contacted by phone at +507 62 11 55 13.

Please note that you must have registered before booking a hotel and must submit your confirmation ID received from ITU when your participation has been validated.

Reservation/Cancellation Policy

A credit card is needed to confirm your hotel booking.

The hotel will charge the cost of the first night of accommodation as a guarantee.

In the event of a no-show, the charge made for the first night will be retained.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, each hotel has its own deadline (see table below) before which there will be no penalty. After the deadline, one night will be charged.
