On behalf of Canada, we propose the following language to replace current paragraph 10 of the political chapeau in order to reflect the inclusive approach of the Summit which has been a major achievement of the whole process so far.  We tried to include all categories while preserving concision and readability:

10. To that end (see para 9), we shall pay particular attention to the role and special needs of the youth, women and older people and to the the special situation of indigenous peoples. We also recognize the role and special needs of marginalized and vulnerable groups of society including the disabled, migrants, internally displaced persons, refugees, underprivileged and poor people and of people of countries facing adverse economic situations, geographic isolation, occupation, conflicts or natural disasters.

We would also suggest that, at paragraph 4, the last sentence starting by "We confirm" be deleted as it does not add much value to the paragraph
