- Second consultation on the RRC to review the GE89 Agreement

In Circular Letter No. 38 the Member States belonging to the African Broadcasting Area and neighbouring countries are invited for the second time to inform the Secretary-General of their agreement whether a short conference to review the GE89 Agreement should be convened associated in time and place, i.e. 15 May - 16 June 2006, Geneva, with the RRC-06 and that the agenda of this short conference should be as reflected in Resolution 1226. Results from this consultation should be sent, preferably by fax (+41 22 730 6675), no later than 19 November 2004 at 23h59 UTC.
