In DM-1147 Member States belonging to the African Broadcasting Area and neighbouring countries are invited to inform the Secretary-General of their agreement whether a short conference to review the GE89 Agreement should be convened associated in time and place, i.e. 15 May - 16 June 2006, Geneva, with the RRC-06 and that the agenda of this short conference should be as reflected in Res. 1226. Results from this consultation should be sent, preferably by fax (+41 22 730 6675), no later than 15 September 2004 at 23h59 UTC.
