Circular Letter CR/219 of 01 September 2004 provides information regarding the preparation of digital broadcasting requirements using the software developped by the BR, as defined by the RRC-04. This software is now available for download from the website on Intersessional Activities, under the item "Software". The attachment to the Circular Letter contains a brief description on the installation and use of the software.
