Note by the TSB

In accordance with the decisions of the World Telecommunication 
Standardization Conference (WTSC-96), ITU-T Study Group 4 
is now responsible for the X.700 Series Recommendations. 
Thus, the OSI Systems Management Implementor's Guide which 
contains a compilation of reported defects and their resolutions 
pertaining to the ITU-T X.700 Series Recommendations can be 
found under Study Group 4 in the group entitled 
'Implementor's Guides'.
