ITU-T K.44建议书寻求为电信设备防止出现过压和过流制定基本测试方法和标准。本建议书所指的过压或过流主要包括由于用户线上或用户线附近雷击造成的浪涌、邻近的电力线或铁路电气化系统在用户线上感应的短时交流电压、电力系统故障导致的地电位升和电信线路与供电线路直接碰触产生的过流。 本建议书与2008年版相比，主要变化包括： – 更新了参考资料； – 修订了标准A； – 修订了测试配置以提升明确性； – 为外部同轴电缆端口增加测试配置； – 为内部无屏蔽电缆增加多导体测试配置； – 为波形生成增加容差； – 增加依靠绝缘协调提供浪涌保护的端口。 |
