Spotlight on: Concept, the ITU Digital Transformation Centre in Senegal<\/p>\n As the ITU Digital Transformation Centre (DTC) in Senegal, Concept, a national NGO focused on promoting local development, has delivered basic and intermediate digital skills programs in 65 ICT training centres nationwide. Five of these centres are dedicated to serving people with visual impairments and children, where they can gain the tools to participate meaningfully in the digital world.
