The Government of Azerbaijan, as the host country, will offer a complimentary special visa arrangement for participants officially registered for the World Telecommunication Development Conference 2025 (WTDC-25) using data provided on ITU Online Registration System.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n

To attend the upcoming WTDC-25 in Baku, Azerbaijan, all participants requiring a visa will be given access to the e-Visa system, regardless of their nationality. In order to utilize this facilitated visa process, participants must ensure that a valid email address is provided within the ITU registration system.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

The ITU has been regularly sharing information on registered participants, including email addresses, which is currently being uploaded by the host country to the e-Visa platform. Upon completion of the necessary technical arrangements, each registered participant will receive a dedicated email granting special access to the e-Visa system.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

The modalities and conditions of the e-Visa will be as follows:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Electronic Visa<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n
\n

Access<\/strong>: Registered participants will receive a dedicated link to apply for the WTDC-25 Visa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n

Application period<\/strong>: 25 October \u2013 28 November 2025<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n

Key conditions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n

Validity<\/strong>: 30 days (permits a stay of up to 30 days)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n

Type<\/strong>: Single-entry visa (a new WTDC-25 Visa is required for re-entry)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n

Fee<\/strong>: Free of charge<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n

Required document<\/strong>: Scanned copy of the passport bio-data page only<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n

Passport validity<\/strong>: At least 3 months beyond the visa expiry date<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n

Processing time<\/strong>: 3 working days<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Visa-Free Entry<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n
\n

A visa-free regime exists between the Republic of Azerbaijan and several countries under bilateral intergovernmental agreements.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n

Participants may also apply for a regular visa where there is Azerbaijan diplomatic representations or consulates of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
