Information on VIP Registration<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n

All participants, including VIPs, must register online prior to the Conference.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Two different options are available for a VIP to be registered for the Conference:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Option 1 \u2013 The VIP (or their surrogate) completes their own registration request.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>

\n

To proceed: Use the login details of the VIP\u2019s ITU User account to access the online registration system<\/a>, and fill out the online form to submit their registration request to the Designated Focal Point (DFP)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>

\n

Once the registration request is approved by the DFP, the VIP will receive a confirmation of registration email.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Option 2 \u2013 the <\/strong>Designated Focal Point (DFP)<\/strong><\/a> registers the VIP on their behalf.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>

\n

To proceed: the DFP logs on to the Registration request approval platform<\/a>, selects \u201cWTDC-25\u201d and \u201cRegister High-level Delegates\u201d, to complete the registration form on behalf the VIP. <\/p>\n<\/div>

\n

Once a DFP has registered a VIP, an automated email is sent to the email address which has been provided on the registration form. No action from the VIP is required.<\/p>\n<\/div>
