The list contains the countries whose nationals may enter Hungary without a visa for the period and with the travel documents indicated in the list. Citizens of countries not included in the list or holders of travel documents not listed here must obtain a visa from the Hungarian diplomatic mission or consular post of their place of residence or from a diplomatic mission or consular post of a Schengen Member State acting on behalf of Hungary in the country where they are legally resident for a long period (residence permit or equivalent visa).
