Additional requirement for participants from Brazil at entry and departure from Paraguay:
The General Directorate of Migration of Paraguay requires the mandatory presentation of the International Certificate of Vaccination against “Yellow Fever” for travelers aged 1 to 59 years.
This is necessary for both domestic and foreign travelers entering or departing from Brazil or certain risk areas as designated by PAHO/WHO.

Required documents:
Confirmation of registration with ITU or CITEL.
Letter from the authority of the institution represented (in English or Spanish) that includes: Full name of the delegate, passport number, position, mobile phone number, Institutional and alternative email addresses, copy of the passport, copy of flight tickets.
Deadline: Documents must be submitted before 2:00 PM (Paraguay time) on Friday, March 14, 2025.
