If you don\u2019t already have one, please follow the instructions <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/en\/ties-services\/Pages\/login.aspx\">here<\/a> by selecting \u201cI am a new user\u201d. For participants who already have created an ITU User Account when registering to another ITU meeting, login with your credentials.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>For<strong> ITU Member States Administrations, Palestine<\/strong> (<strong>Resolution 99<\/strong> (Rev. Dubai, 2018)) <strong>and Regulatory Associations, <\/strong>please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/net4\/CRM\/xreg\/web\/Login.aspx?src=Registration&amp;Event=C-00013581\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">register here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>For<strong> ITU-D Sector Members, Regional and International Organizations, ITU affiliated academic and research Institutes, and United Nations Funds and Programs, Specialized Agencies, and IAEA, <\/strong>please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/net4\/CRM\/xreg\/web\/Login.aspx?src=Registration&amp;Event=C-00013714\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">register here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<p>All registration requests for participation in these meetings must be validated by the Designated Focal Points (DFPs) of administrations and entities entitled to participate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<p>The list of <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/online\/mm\/scripts\/s\/gensel21?_event=C-00013745&amp;_event_type=ZSED\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/online\/mm\/scripts\/s\/gensel21?_event=C-00013745&amp;_event_type=ZSED\" target=\"_blank\">Designated Focal Points<\/a> is available <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/online\/mm\/scripts\/s\/gensel21?_event=C-00013745&amp;_event_type=ZSED\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a> (TIES restricted access). At the time of registration, participants who require a language other than English must select their choice from the list on the registration form (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish).
