All badges must be collected personally as a photograph will be taken and printed on the badge for access control security. Badges are therefore strictly non-transferable<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<\/div>

Pick up your event badge at the badging stations located in the Rwenzori Hall (Lobby) of the Convention Centre. <\/p>\n<\/div>

VIP Badge Collection<\/h2>\n<\/div>
\n

For VIP delegates only:<\/strong> a focal point member of the delegation, may collect the badge on their behalf if an ID photograph in a suitable format and the name of the focal point have been provided in advance to BDTMeetingsRegistration@itu.int<\/a>. The Focal Point must present a valid photo ID. <\/p>\n<\/div>

  • Format of the ID photograph:<\/strong>\u202fjpg, passport style, in colour and taken against a plain white background. <\/li>\n<\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div>

    • Without pre-submission of a suitable photograph VIPs will need to queue onsite and collect their own badge. <\/li>\n<\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div>

      • Each time one delegate\u2019s badge is printed, any badge having been printed previously gets automatically deactivated. <\/li>\n<\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n

        Opening Hours<\/h2>\n<\/div>

        Given the usual large influx of delegates on 2 July, the opening day of GSR-24, delegates are advised to pick up their event badge at least one day before the opening day of the event. <\/p>\n<\/div>
