\n Digital technologies are transforming how people connect, learn, and work. Yet their full potential depends on shared purpose, access, and collaboration.

Convened by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) during the United Nations General Assembly in September 2025, Digital@UNGA provides a platform for global dialogue and collective action on how digital technologies can drive progress for people and prosperity everywhere.

Building on the legacy\u00a0of the SDG Digital events in 2023<\/a>\u00a0and 2024<\/a>, Digital@UNGA brings together world leaders, innovators, and communities working toward a more inclusive digital future. <\/p>\n

As the world marks 20 years of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS+20), this special edition of Digital@UNGA will reflect on two decades of progress and look ahead to the next phase of global digital cooperation.

Through interactive segments, dynamic storytelling, lightning interventions, and pledges for the future, the event will spotlight how inclusive, forward-looking digital policies can advance opportunity for all. Digital@UNGA will also host the 2025 Partner2Connect\u00a0Digital Coalition Annual Meeting, underscoring the importance of collective action for digital transformation.

Highlights from the 2025 September launch<\/p>\n Digital for Good: For People and Prosperity | UN Headquarters, New York <\/strong>
The inaugural Digital@UNGA gathering brought together more than 300 participants from government, industry, civil society, and international organizations.

Through dynamic segments, it highlighted digital transformation in action, building momentum for collaboration across the UN system and its partners, and reaffirming a shared goal to connect everyone, everywhere.
