Through a comprehensive review of telecentre and community network initiatives, the research examines sustainability across six key dimensions: financial, socio-cultural, organisational, operational, policy, and environmental sustainability. The study analyses ten telecentre and community network case studies from India, Indonesia, Kiribati, Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, Thailand, and Vanuatu, applying these sustainability dimensions to generate practical insights and recommendations for building more inclusive and sustainable digital communities.
