Celebrating digital youth

On International Youth Day, dive into the ITU News Magazine which looks at the empowerment, engagement and participation of young people in digital development issues all over the world.
The magazine also profiles young leaders in the global Generation Connect community, many of whom went on to attend the Generation Connect Global Youth Summit in June 2022.
According to ITU Secretary-General Houlin Zhao, “youth must be included in solutions for the future.”
In addition to unpacking the ITU Youth Strategy, which aims to support youth empowerment within and beyond the United Nations specialized agency for information and communication technologies, the magazine also shows how young people are engaging as equal partners alongside today’s digital leaders.
