Arthur Carindal N'guessan

Head of Stakeholder Development of AFRINIC

Arthur Carindal N'guessan is currently the Head of Stakeholder Development of AFRINIC, the regional Internet registry for Africa and the Indian Ocean region. Having held several upper management roles within the African telecommunications industry over the past 19 years, Arthur has a good understanding of ICT innovation, challenges and potential for the continent. He is currently working on Internet uptake and sustainable development as a growth engine and leverage for social transformation. Arthur is also actively involved in initiatives that empower youth through technology and digital tools. He Holds an MBA from the Business School of Lyon, France, as well as several technical certificates in ICT.
