An electronic engineer from the Simón Bolívar University (Venezuela) 1996, with a history of more than 23 years in Telefónica Venezolana, a recognized telecommunications company in Venezuela, where she held different positions and responsibilities in the technology area until she assumed the CTO position. She recently assumes the responsibility of CEO of a new company, Internet Para Todos in Perú, leading the company's positioning as the solution to shorten the digital separation in rural areas of the country, allowing access to the Internet through a sustainable model based on disruptive technologies, in favor of development, equal opportunities and improvement of people's quality of life. In the face of the economic and services crisis in Venezuela, she managed to successfully maintain the continuity and quality of the telecommunication services provided by Telefonica Venezolana, overcoming the complications of a reduced investment scenario and limited resources through optimization and continuous search for different ways of doing things, giving openness to innovation and implicit learning of this process. Mother of three children, the reason for her spirit of struggle in the search for equal opportunity for all.
