Summary - Y.4513 (11/2025) - Requirements and functional architecture for a blockchain-based sustainable and cooperative digital twin creation system

To encourage digital twin creation, maintenance and usage among many entities including municipalities, companies, other organizations and individuals, Recommendation ITU-T Y.4513 defines the concept of cooperative digital twin creation system (CDTCS). CDTCS promotes cooperation through an incentive mechanism in which incentives are managed using blockchain technology. This Recommendation also specifies the requirements and functional architecture for CDTCS.
