Summary

This Recommendation presents the rationale for the exploitation of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence technologies in developing countries, proposes a reference architecture in view of the context of adoption of the use of these technologies and indicates requirements to guide our decision-making in some use cases of the applications of these technologies in developing countries.
