Recommendation ITU-T Y.3608 presents the rationale for the exploitation of big data and artificial intelligence technologies in developing countries. It proposes a reference architecture from the perspective of adopting these technologies and indicates requirements to guide decision-making in some use cases in which these technologies are applied in developing countries.
