The network slicing has been definitely regarded as a key technology to successfully deploy the IMT2020 network. The concept of network slicing and use cases in the IMT-2020 network are introduced in ITU-T Recommendation Y.3112.
This Recommendation specifies network slice configuration in order to dynamically create and manage a network slice instance in the IMT-2020 network. Detailed topics are: how to create a network slice instance, how to provide QoS to the network slice, and how to associate application services of UE with the network slice instance.
