Summary

This amendment was produced to meet the need for the implementation of the International Emergency Preference Scheme (IEPS) for disaster recovery operations as specified in ITU-T Recommendation E.106. This amendment contains the modifications to Recommendation Q.1902.3 (2001) in order to accommodate these needs. This amendment should be read in conjunction with Amendment 2 to Q.1902.1, Amendment 3 to Q.1902.2, and Amendment 3 to Q.1902.4. This amendment incorporates Amendment 1 to Q.1902.3 (2001) and provides enhancements.
