telecommunication cables in the vicinity of electric traction lines.
It gives information about:
– precautions
to be used to avoid danger to personnel and installations;
– conditions
that may cause the EPR and parameters influencing its magnitude;
– protective
measures and devices that may be required;
– the effects
of EPR caused by different traction systems (a.c. or d.c.).
