Summary

Amendment 3 to Recommendation ITU-T G.718 adds a new Annex C describing a floating-point implementation of the superwideband monaural extension as an alternative to the fixed-point implementation described in Annex B. Annex C has as electronic attachments the reference ANSI C‑source code and associated test vectors.
