Summary

To enable fast message exchange in peer-to-peer (P2P) networks for distributed ledger technology (DLT)-based services, this Recommendation specifies a framework and functional modules for fast DLT message delivery in the DLT network. The functional modules include DLT interface client module, committee management module, network monitoring and management module, block data/control message transmission module, and consensus network module.
