To enable fast message exchange in peer-to-peer (P2P) networks for distributed ledger technology (DLT)-based services, Recommendation ITU-T F.751.28 specifies a framework and functional modules for fast DLT message delivery in the DLT network. The functional modules include a DLT interface client module, a committee management module, a network monitoring and management module, a block data/control message transmission module, and a consensus network module.
