Summary

Recommendation ITU-T F.747.18 specifies the requirements and framework for machine-vision-based inspection services (MVBIS) in underground cable channels. It describes the service overview, functional and non-functional requirements, and a layered reference framework including device, network, service, application, and system management layers.
