Frequency channel occupancy, as well as frequency band occupancy, should have a certain level of accuracy in order to be compared or merged if necessary, although automatic occupancy measurement would not completely replace manual observations, it is still well suited for most cases. By using the technique and proper method, a more efficient use of existing equipment is possible.
