Thank you for providid us with an opportunity to comment on the draft final report of the WG Study.

In general, we are very satisfied with the report, since it reflects the discussions and work of the WG Study in an appropriate manner.

There is just one minor amendment that we would like to propose to the text: 
We propose to add in Para 1.5 a footnote after "0.1%" of the WSIS-Accredited Stakeholders, in order to make clear that the Conference of the NGO's (CONGO) is not an ordinary NGO speaking just for themself but an umbrella association with more than 500 member NGOs.

With regard to the recommendations for consideration by PP-10 (Chapter 7), we have to say that we are very happy with the way this chapter stands now, and we would not want to see any changes to that or to have any of these three proposals deleted.

Furhtermore, we would like to state that in our view, the issue of trying to enhance stakeholder participation will not be done for the ITU with the adoption of the report, but will - as the information society keeps developing and new actors are stepping in and becoming more important - have to be rediscussed regularly in the future. 
We would also recommend to the ITU to take into account how civil society participation develops in other international fora like the OECD and others.
