- Terms of Reference
Consistent with Resolution 110 (Marrakesh, 2002), study the system
whereby Sector Members and Associates contribute towards defraying the
expenses of the Union on the basis of the proposals made at the
Plenipotentiary Conference and any contributions submitted by Member
States and Sector Members with a view, in particular, to examining:

- the method by which the amount of the contributory unit and of the
financial contributions of Sector Members and Associates should be
determined;
- the appropriate proportion between the financial contributions of
Sector Members and Associates and those of Member States;
- the financial consequences of denunciation and make a final report
to Council by its 2005 session at the latest.
- Composition & participation
This group is open to all Member States and Sector Members of ITU. The
Working methods of the Group are in English only.
- Chairmanship
The Group is chaired by Ms. M.O. Beau (France).
