Terms of
Reference
As per
the terms of
Resolution 163
(Guadalajara, 2010), the Council, at
its 2010 extraordinary session,
established a Working Group on a
stable ITU Constitution. The
terms
of reference of this Working Group
are contained in the Annex to
Resolution 163 (Guadalajara, 2010).
Participation
This
Working Group is open to all Member
States of the Union.

Mr Ahmet Erdinc Cavusoglu, Turkey
Mr Valery Timofeev, Russia
Mr John Omo, Kenya
Mr Rodolfo Salalima, Philippines

Submission of documents
Contributions for consideration by the Working
Group should be submitted in
electronic form to
jur@itu.int no
later than 14 days before the
meeting to allow for
translation into the six official
languages of the Union.
Languages
The
Group will carry out its tasks in
the six official languages of the
Union. Please note that
interpretation will be provided only
where Member States so request,
either when registering for the
meeting, or by sending a request to jur@itu.int and
at least one month
before the start of the meeting.
This deadline is required in order
for the secretariat to make the
necessary arrangements for
interpretation.
