Working Group on ITU Reform - FIRST
MEETING (15-17 December 1999)

TheWorking Group on ITU Reform, open to Member States and Sector Members,
held its first
meeting (DM-1079) in Geneva from 15-17 December 1999 (see agenda and final report). See
also the opening
address by the Chairperson , the message from the
Secretary-General and the final list of
participants.
The Working Group on ITU Reform agreed to set up three Rapporteurs
Groups to allow working sessions to continue (by electronic means) between plenary
meetings of WGR.
Member States and Sector Members are invited to take part in the
work of the following Rapporteurs Groups and Sub-Groups :
