Dear Members,
As you may have noticed, substantive
contributions have been received from the Chairmen of the TSAG and the RAG. We
are expecting a further preliminary contribution from the TDAG. We are hoping to
receive additional contributions from Member States and Sector Members. However,
time is running out and the deadline for submitting contributions has been
extended until 31 March 2005.
This will allow just enough time to meet the
deadlines for circulation to the members, comments, preparation and translation
of the final report of the Working Group in April. The report will need to be
sent to the Council during the first half of May.
I therefore should like to urge you to submit
your contributions by 31 March 2005.
