Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your letter of 27 May 2005.
The  Ministry  of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania as the Lithuanian administration for the ITU has analysed the report on the activities  of the Working Group on the Review of the ITU Structure and the recommendations to the Council.

We are pleased to inform you that we approve the report of the Working Group on the ITU Structure. We consider that the current structure of the ITU is sufficiently stable. The existing three Sector structure permitted collaborative efforts among Member States and Sector Members in three quite different areas of work and provided the flexibility to meet the needs of the new millennium.
