     Prof. Cave Biography 
	Professor Martin Cave is the Director, Centre for Management 
	under Regulation, at the Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, 
	Coventry, UK. The Centre's objective is to undertake independent research on 
	the effect of regulation on the management and operations of regulated 
	organizations. In addition to studying specific topics, the Centre 
	facilitates and participates in debate at both domestic and international 
	levels and encourages academics and practitioners to work together. 
	Prof. Cave’s current research interests are economic 
	regulation of industry, especially the communications industry, and 
	competition law and policy. Formerly, he has been Professor of Economics 
	1986-2001, and Vice Principal 1996-2001, Brunel University. Also Adviser to 
	OFTEL, CAA and Postcomm, and Member of the Competition Commission. He has 
	over 100 publications in the field (including as co-author of the Handbook 
	of Telecommunications Economics) and is a well-known expert and high-level 
	advisor to government and regulatory bodies on a range of communications 
	industry.
