Abstract
After a short overview of the quality of service activities in the ITU-T Study Groups, the presentation
will focus on QoS classes and Quality Measuring/Monitoring.
The first focus will be on works and results on QoS classes and Quality categories (as Y.1541 for IP networks
G. 1010 for multimedia requirements,…).
The second part of the presentation deals with the more recent results in the field of monitoring and
measuring the perceived quality (end t-o end Quality –P.862- and E-Model, and INMD –P.561- )specially
for IP networks and services. |
