Mr. Eliot Lear has been a Consulting Engineer for Cisco Systems since 1998, focusing on Network Management, Applications, and Security. Prior to joining Cisco he was the Internet Architect for Silicon Graphics, Inc, where he managed connectivity, security, and new network application deployments. He has been an active participant in the IETF since 1988. This is his first appearance at an ITU workshop.
