SG 19 documents are classified into two categories:
Publicly available documents
TIES restricted documents
Open access to SG 19 documentation trial parameters
On an experimental basis the SG 19’s documentation is treated as follows:
documents on Lawful Interception will not be made public but will be retained behind TIES, i.e., a TIES account will be required to access them
contributions will be made public, except when the author explicitly requests that public access not be provided
temporary documents will not be made public at this point, except liaison statements from bodies outside ITU-T that normally make their documentation publicly accessible on their own web sites
individual Question and complete SG 19 meeting reports will be prepared as a public part and a non-public part, the latter covering discussions and decisions on non-public documents
this trial commenced after TSAG meeting, 14-18 March 2005
trial was terminated by the decision of TSAG in December 2007
