mode de sélection améliorée d'image de référence
Un mode facultatif de sélection améliorée d'image de référence (ERPS, enhanced reference picture selection), qui a la capacité d'augmenter l'efficacité du codage et d'offrir une plus grande résistance aux erreurs (surtout vis-à-vis de la perte de paquets de données). Le mode ERPS agit par la gestion d'une mémoire tampon multi-image contenant des images enregistrées.
