ITU-T Study Group 11 Special Projects and Issues
ITU-T SG 11 - IETF Common FTP area
As Study Group for Signalling Requirements and Protocols and Lead Study Group for Intelligent Networks within the ITU-T, SG 11 considers it important that those involved, inside and outside of the ITU-T, in the day-to-day development of standards related to Signalling Requirements and Protocols, have a commonly accessible platform for sharing relevant standards documentation at an early stage. This hopefully will assist in meeting the common goal of focussing standards development on specific topics in a single standards body, avoiding duplication of work, increasing cooperation between key Standards Development Organizations (SDO) and, as a result, produce market oriented and timely standards aligned across SDOs.

With this in mind the TSB Secretariat has set up a common FTP area, within the SG 11 Web page, as a platform for the exchange of relevant standards documentation. This FTP area is accessible to those members of SG 11 and IETF, that are involved in developing related Signalling Requirements and Protocols standards.

To use this facility it is necessary to subscribe. Please contact your relevant SG 11 Rapporteur or IETF WG chair to obtain the necessary clearance.
If you need further information, please write to tsbsg11@itu.int
