| 1.1 When submitting a document, the submitter may indicate that the
    document should be made public. 1.2 The submitter may indicate that all or some of the contact
    details should be removed from the public version of the document. 1.3 The submitter is the source indicated on the document. The source
    will give its instructions through the contact indicated on the document. 1.4 If the source is a Rapporteur or a Chairman, then the
    corresponding group must have indicated that the document should be made
    public. 1.5 Documents that should be made public will be copied to a public
portion of the ITU-T's web site. The document number, title, source, etc. will
not be changed. If so requested, all or some of the contact details will be
removed. |
