Programme 14h00 - 19h30 Excusion to the Gorée Island
- 14h00 : Departure by bus from hotels (all hotels in the
official list)
- 15h00 : Departure by boat to the Gorée Island
- 19h30 : Departure with return by bus to hotels by 20.30
ARTP will offer participants refreshments on Gorée before a guided
tour of the island and its museum, the famous House of Slaves.
Gorée Island (Ile de Gorée) was the final exit point of slaves from
Africa. The House of Slaves is a museum and memorial to the human toll
of African slavery.
