Biography |
Mr. C. Lizcano Ortiz, Executive Director, Comisión de Regulación de
Comunicaciones (CRC), Colombia Christian Lizcano, Executive Director of the Communication Regulatory Commission. Attorney of Universidad Javeriana, was appointed by the President of the Republic as commissioner of the CRC. He began his career as Legal Adviser at the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission, where he supported important projects including the opening of the Long Distance Competition and Interconnection Regime, among others. He made a Master of Laws with emphasis on Economic Regulation at the London School of Economics and returned to Colombia to be linked to Telebucaramanga as General Secretary. He also served as adviser for various companies, and acted as Legal Adviser of the Minister of Communications on different projects and initiatives oriented to adapt the regulatory framework under a converged environment and promoting competition. |
