Biography |
Mr. I. Ursu, Deputy Director, National Regulatory Agency for Electronic
Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI), Moldova
Iurie Ursu was appointed ANRCETI Deputy Director by Government Decree, on August
6, 2008, previously being Director of the Economic Regulations Department within
the same Agency. Iurie Ursu was born on April 1, 1971 in Chisinau. In 1993 he
graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, Faculty of Economy
and Labor Sociology. In 2002 he got the second higher education within the State
University of Moldova. He is licensed in the science of law, specialized in
economic law. In the timeframe 1997 – 2000 he worked for JSC MOLDTELECOM as
senior specialist within the Economic Service of the company. In 2000 he was
employed by the National Regulatory Agency for Telecommunications and
Informatics as Director of Department. |
