Biography Ms Natalija Gelvanovska, Head, Network and Access Division, Communications Regulatory Authority, Lithuania

Natalija Gelvanovska joined the Communications Regulatory Authority of Republic of Lithuania (RRT) in 2003 and her current position is Head of the Network and Access Division. Her everyday regulatory activities cover technical regulatory issues of access, interconnection and facility sharing. She is responsible for the supervision of the general authorization framework which covers electronic communications activities. Ms. Gelvanovska is a member of the Dispute Resolution Commission.  Ms. Gelvanovska started her career in telecommunications as a switching and transmission engineer in TEO LT, AB (formal AB “Lietuvos Telekomas”). Later, as an analyst, she moved into operational and support systems’ (OSS) management. Natalija Gelvanovska was awarded a Masters degree in radio communications physics and electronics by the Vilnius University (Lithuania). She is a member of the Technical Regulation and Interconnection Standards Project team (ECC PT2 TRIS) of the Electronic Communications Committee (part of CEPT).
